In May 2024 Jono started an attempt to windsurf round Japan. The voyage began going north from Chiba, on the Pacific Ocean coast. The objective is that the journey eventually becomes a circumnavigation of the 4 main islands of Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku. This journey is ongoing.
